Compelling research shows that the mental and social well-being of our kids have been adversely affected by the rise of social media & smart phones. It’s time for us as a community to have some conversation about how we can help!
Week 1 will look at research and content from the book Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt.
Week 2 will be look at the film, “Social Dilemma.” Both weeks will provide the opportunity for us to talk together about how we can help our kids navigate this challenging technological landscape.
